Unexpected visit (for Tim, Ella, Sophie and Alice) to Other Grandad’s house when Laura wasn’t feeling too well. Nice to see it after all of the refurbishments.

Applejack’s Farm

Visit to Applejack’s Farm near Warrington, Ella loved the inflatable drop slide and the high powered tennis ball gun.

Visit to Auntie Jenny

Trip to the Wirral to see Auntie Jenny. Went to a garden centre with an unexpected farm behind it.  Ella got to hold an owl and there were some goats!

Rainy Stockport

Is there anything more beautiful than Stockport in the rain? Well yes – a hell of a lot of things  – but the kids love the roundabout…

 

Tim gets building

Triple layer bunk bed (which stopped the girls getting to sleep for quite a few nights), very fairly ordered, by Ella, in terms of age. Ella on top, Sophie in the middle, Alice on the bottom.

Also a pair of raised beds and some decking steps up to the trampoline.
